To make the customized tape, we have two solutions for you.

1st solution, print bopp film by HFT-250 adhesive printing machine(USD ？), then coating glue by HFT-1300 coating machine(USD ？), slitting the coated tape jumbo roll by slitting machine.

2nd solution, print bopp tape roll directly by HFT-250(USD ？) adhesive tape printing machine.

Advantages and disadvantages of this method

●1. suitable to produce customized tape with big quantity.

●2. Suitable to produce tape for big buyers.

●3. The tradtional way to produce customized tape.

●disadvantages

●1. the production process is a little complicate. it take longer time to produce customized tape.

●2. the MOQ must be one big jumbo roll. it can not produce the tape which less than one big jumbo roll.

●3.But if you produce huge quanity of customized tape, you must use HFT-1300 rotogravure printing machine(much wider rotogravure printing machine, can print 1300mm width bopp film) to print the bopp film instead of HFT-250 adhesive tape printing machine(maxium bopp film width 360mm).

Advantages and disadvantages of this method

1, cheap: use flexo plate, USD 2/p.

2, simple and fast: directly print on adhesive tape top side, no need coating process.

3, easy: use simple flexo printing station, everybody can work.

4, MOQ: can be 1 single roll. Suitable to small customized tape order from Shopee, Tiktok, Amazon and so on.

Disadvantages

1. Need special ink and thinner,  so it is not suitable to produce customized tape with big quantity. if produce big quantity, the production cost will be high.

what is the difference for HFT-250 adhesive tape printing machine at solution 1 and solution 2

●At solution 1, HFT-250 HFT-250 adhesive tape printing machine works as a normal rotogravure printing machine, no need any additional condition.

●At solution 1, HFT-250 HFT-250 adhesive tape printing need good ink and thinner.

●2nd, if customer need changeable solution, he can buy one HFT-250 adhesive tape printing machine and one HFT-1300 coating machine, so he can has one more choice. he can not only do solution 1 and solution 2. HFT-250 adhesive printing print bopp film(not bop flim with glue), then coating glue on the printed bopp film by HFT-1300 coating machine, then slitting the coated bopp tape jumbo by slitting machine. HFT-1300 coating machine also can produce normal transparent bopp tape without printing.
